SAFE PASSAGE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information that Field2Base, Inc. (“Field2Base”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may collect or receive about you when you access or use Safe Passage application that we make available through https://dcl.safepassage.com (“Safe Passage”) and how we use and disclose that personal information.

We are providing Safe Passage on behalf of Magical Cruise Company, Limited, doing business as “Disney Cruise Line” and its affiliates (“DCL”) and Inspired Diagnostics, LLC (“Inspire”) under an agreement with Inspire as part of DCL’s and Inspire’s efforts to ensure the safety of DCL’s cruise environments, crew, guests, vendors, and day visitors, including efforts relating to communicable disease prevention, control, and containment in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This Privacy Policy generally describes the personal information that may be collected through Safe Passage, and how Field2Base uses and discloses that information, in connection with the services that we provide to Inspire. It does not apply to DCL’s or Inspire’s handling of your personal information. If you have questions about how DCL or Inspire will use and disclose your personal information, please review their privacy policies or contact them directly.

As between Field2Base and Inspire, Inspire is responsible for determining the purposes and means for the collection and processing of your personal information. Field2Base acts as a “service provider” of that personal information on Inspire’s behalf and processes that information only for the purpose of providing our services to Inspire. If you have questions or would like to exercise any rights you may have regarding the personal information collected through Safe Passage, please contact Inspire directly.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal information. By accessing or using Safe Passage, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and the most current version will be posted at https://dcl.safepassage.com/privacy. Your continued use of Safe Passage after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

Information That We Collect

We generally collect or receive personal information through Safe Passage in three ways: (1) when you provide personal information directly to us, (2) when we collect personal information automatically, such as through cookies, and (3) when we receive personal information about you from third-party sources. These methods are described in more detail below.

  • 1. Information You Provide Directly

    You will be asked to provide certain personal information to us when you use Safe Passage. The following are some examples of situations in which you may provide personal information to us through Safe Passage:

    • To Register for Safe Passage

      When you sign up for an account to use Safe Passage, you may provide personal information to us to facilitate the registration process. The personal information you provide to us will include your name, your date of birth, your DCL reservation number and stateroom, your telephone number, your email address, and your mailing address. You also may be asked to provide similar personal information if you contact us for any reason, including for technical support or customer service related to Safe Passage.

      You may also provide this personal information on behalf of other individuals that are included in your DCL cruise reservation, including minors.

    • To Verify Your Identity

      Once you have registered for Safe Passage, we will need to verify your identity. The personal information you provide to us to verify your identity may include your name and email address, and a unique code that we provide to you by email.

    • To Submit Your Health and Demographic Information

      After we verify your identity, you will be asked to provide us with personal information that includes demographic information and information related to your health.

      In addition to your name and contact details as described above, the demographic information we collect from you will include your gender, race and ethnicity.

      The health information that you may choose to provide to us may include the categories listed below.

      • Laboratory test results that you choose to provide to us, for example by taking a photograph of or uploading your test results to Safe Passage. In that case, we will receive any information about you that is contained in your test results, such as your name, test date, test results, and information related to markers associated with the novel coronavirus COVID-19 in your body.

      • Evidence of that you have received a COVID-19 vaccine that you choose to provide to us, for example by taking and uploading a photograph of your vaccination record. In that case, we will receive any information about you that is contained in that vaccination record, such as your name; date of birth; patient number; and information about the administration of each dose of the vaccine that you received, including the date of administration, the healthcare professional or clinic site, and the product name, manufacturer, and/or lot number of the vaccine.

      • Evidence that you previously have been infected with COVID-19 and that you have fully recovered from the infection. In that case, we will collect information that may include a positive COVID-19 test result, information from your medical record about your diagnosis and treatment, and documentation from your health care provider indicating that you are fully recovered and do not pose a threat of spreading the virus to others.

    You may also provide this personal information on behalf of other individuals that are included in your DCL cruise reservation, including minors.

  • 2. Information Collected Automatically

    We collect some personal information automatically when you use Safe Passage through technologies such as web browser cookies, log files, and web beacons. We use the information for purposes such as modifying or improving features of Safe Passage, addressing technical issues, preventing fraud or misuse of Safe Passage, and conducting data analytics. The type of personal information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:

    • Technical information about your computer, device, hardware, or software you use to access the Internet or Safe Passage, such as IP address or other transactional or identifier information for your device (such as device make and model, information about device operating systems and browsers, or other device or system related specifications);

    • Usage information and statistics about your interaction with Safe Passage, which may include the URLs of our websites that you have visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, the application you used, how long you used the application and when, and other usage statistics;

    • Information that facilitates a safer and more personalized experience, such as user identification provided in connection with your application use, saved preferences, and device identifiers or usage information for authentication and fraud prevention purposes;

    We also may derive your general location from device information such as your IP address.

    We do not allow third parties to use Safe Passage to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites, applications, and other online products or services.

  • 3. Information We Receive from Third Party Sources

    In order to provide Safe Passage, we may collect some personal information about you from third party sources. This information may include the categories listed below.

    • Information we receive from DCL

      As part of your use of Safe Passage, we will receive information about you and your cruise reservation from DCL, including your voyage ID, sail date, reservation number, client and guest ID numbers, your first and last name, and your birthdate.

    • Information we receive from Inspire

      When you use Safe Passage, we may receive information about you and your health from Inspire, including any laboratory test results that Inspire creates or receives in connection with your use of a home test kit or other COVID-19 testing that is managed or administered by Inspire.

    • Information we receive from other guests included on your reservation

      When you use Safe Passage, other guests that are included on your reservation and that also use Safe Passage may provide personal information about you, which may include health and demographic information they provide on your behalf as described in the “Information You Provide Directly” section above.

How We Use and Disclose Your Personal Information

As a general matter, we use your personal information to provide our services to Inspire, including by providing Safe Passage to you and facilitating DCL’s and Inspire’s efforts to ensure the safety of DCL’s cruise environments, crew, guests, vendors, and day visitors, including efforts relating to communicable disease prevention, control, and containment in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For example, we may use your personal information for purposes that include the following:

  • To provide Safe Passage to you.

  • To facilitate Inspire’s COVID-19 testing administration and analysis activities, including to enable you to order and receive home testing kits.

  • To help Inspire and DCL evaluate your readiness to enter DCL’s cruise environments and otherwise to ensure the safety of DCL’s cruise environments, crew, guests, vendors, and day visitors.

  • To communicate with you, respond to your requests, or provide you with updates and information.

  • To personalize your experience, save your preferences, authenticate our users, and provide similar user-experience features.

  • To improve our products and services, including by de-identifying and aggregating personal information for such purposes.

  • To maintain the security of our systems.

  • For internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and performance of maintenance on our systems.

  • For any other purposes disclosed at the time of collection of your personal information, or otherwise with your consent.

We may disclose personal information we collect about you:

  • To DCL and Inspire. For example, your laboratory test results and reports regarding those results and other health information you provide or that we receive, including your vaccination status and/or previous COVID-19 infection and recovery status, will be provided to Inspire and to DCL, who may then use the information for their own purposes, including to make decisions that affect the health and safety of DCL’s cruise environments crew, guests, vendors, and day visitors.

  • To other contractors and service providers of DCL and Inspire. For example, we may provide your name, mailing address, and reservation details to home testing kit providers engaged by Inspire or DCL to facilitate your ordering and their provision of home testing kits to you and other individuals included in your DCL cruise reservation.

  • To other individuals included in your DCL cruise reservation. For example, other individuals who register for Safe Passage accounts that are included in your reservation will be able to access information that you upload about yourself, including your COVID-19 test results, evidence regarding your vaccination status and/or previous COVID-19 infection and recovery status.

  • To our affiliates and subsidiaries.

  • To our service providers and contractors that perform services on our behalf.

  • To enforce our policies, terms of use, or rights.

  • To comply with law, legal process, or a request from law enforcement authorities or other government or regulatory officials.

  • To prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

  • To protect the vital interests of another individual (such as to prevent death, bodily harm, or serious damage to property).

  • To a third party in the event of any actual or potential reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

  • To any other person or entity disclosed at the time of collection of your personal information, or otherwise with your consent.

We may use or disclose de-identified or aggregated information for any purpose, including to improve Safe Passage or any other services provided by Field2Base.

Third Party Websites and Services

We may reference or provide links to third-party websites and services within Safe Passage, including without limitation those of home testing kit providers to whom we may redirect you to enable you to order a home testing kit. When you access these third-party websites and services, you are leaving Safe Passage, and we are not responsible for, and do not control, their content, security, or privacy practices. You access these third-party websites and services at your own risk. This Privacy Notice does not apply to any third-party websites or services; please refer to the Privacy Notices or policies for such third-party websites or services for information about how they collect, use, and process your information.

Your Choices

We provide you with choices about whether to provide us with certain personal information described in this Privacy Policy. For example, you may choose to:

  • Change your browser settings or take other steps to block, manage, or delete cookies. Safe Passage does not currently respond to browser “do not track” signals, so you will need to use your browser settings to effectively manage cookies. In some cases, blocking or disabling cookies may cause Safe Passage not to work as intended and some features may not be available.

  • Access and correct of your personal information. You can update your account information by logging into your account.

  • Delete your account. To request to delete your Safe Passage account, you may contact Inspire by email at testing@inspirediagnostics.com.
